The Cleveland Catholic/Jewish Colloquium began in 1988 and brings together members from Cleveland’s Catholic and Jewish communities for a shared evening of learning and discussion to enhance knowledge of each other’s religions. Through fascinating presentation and discussion, the Colloquium allows for enhanced interfaith understanding, respect and cooperation.

The 2014 Cleveland Catholic/Jewish Colloquium was entitled, “Jesus: The Jewish Storyteller” and featured Rabbi David Sandmel (ADL Director of Interfaith Affairs) and Sister Lisa Marie Belz (St. Ursuline Graduate Studies Asst. Professor).

The event was held at the Center for Pastoral Leadership and there were more than two hundred attendees.
